Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ERP Systems Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to ensure seamless business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain custom modules and interfaces for the ERP system.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
4. Provide technical support and training to users to facilitate effective system utilization.
5. Monitor system performance and implement upgrades to enhance efficiency and scalability.
6. Document system configurations, processes, and user guidelines to support future enhancements.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system development and implementation.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python.
4. Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and system integration methods.
5. Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
